I think long before this book comes out I am going to explode from all the excitement...good thing we signed that collaboration agreement after all, huh. :)
I am looking for this book but did not find it.
Hi Metratrader, you can order the book online or request it at your local book store. It was briefly out of stock while it was being reprinted, but it's available again now.
